Kandy Karnival originated from the Manchester area. Phil Gaughran had previously played in The Vulcans and Three Nuts and a Bolt around that area. Lead vocalist, 'Little Billy' became better known as Buzz Hawkins who surfaced in the 1980s creating a radio show called The Bradshaws. Recordings sourced from a Radio Luxembourg acetate.
